Usage

Credit going down is not an explanation. Usage is. Open it from Credit (Usage details), or from a group's Basic settings, where this month is summarized as AI usage.

It covers the whole workspace. You filter when you want one shop or one kind of spend.

How to read the month

Pick the period. Limit Groups or Sources if the total is too broad, or clear the filters to see everything.

Spent in period is the total, with a daily average so you can tell a spike from a steady week. Remaining credit is what is left right now. Tickets is spend tied to conversations. AI is spend from the assistant features in the app itself.

The chart is the same total by day. Split it by source when you want to know if voice grew. Split it by group when you want to know which shop grew.

How to find what spent it

By group and By source are the shares. The sources you will care about:

  • Chat is typed replies. This is the normal cost.
  • Dictation and Voice chat are audio. If these are large, customers are speaking, and that is why the month is higher. Turn the switches off on the group if you did not mean to pay for that.
  • Translations, Internal tools, and Ticket are the rest. Internal tools is the assistant you use to edit rules.

Events is each charge: when, which group, which source, and how much. A row can show tokens, characters, or minutes of audio. Filter to one group, then to Voice chat, and you can see the calls. That is the list to open when someone asks where the credit went.
