Credit

The assistant is paid from a balance, not a seat license. Every shop in the workspace spends the same credit: replies, dictation, voice, and the internal assistant. You top up in one place so a busy shop does not silently run out while another still has money.

Open Credit in workspace settings. The overview is three numbers: what is left, what you added this month, and what you spent this month. Under that, recent top-ups show what was charged, including an automatic top-up or a charge that failed.

Why only an admin can pay

A member can work the inbox. They cannot add a card, turn on auto top-up, or download invoices. That keeps spending with the people who should approve it.

Why zero matters

When the balance hits zero, the widget on the website hides and the internal assistant pauses. Customers cannot start a new chat, and your team cannot ask the internal assistant to rewrite rules. Conversations already in the inbox stay readable. New assistant replies wait until an admin tops up.
