What Cusu does
You want customers answered when nobody on the team is free, and a person to step in when the answer needs a human. Cusu does that for one shop at a time.
A customer writes on the site or by email. The assistant replies from what you have told it about that shop. If it cannot finish, the conversation lands in the inbox and someone on your team takes it.
Why the app is split this way
The company is one workspace: the people and the credit you share. Each shop, brand, or country is a group. A German shop should not answer with the Czech return policy, so those stay in separate groups. The inbox, language, and what the assistant knows all belong to the group you have open.
How a normal day works
You do not watch every reply. You keep the group's information and rules true, and you open the inbox when a conversation is waiting on you. Credit on the workspace pays for the assistant. When it runs out, the assistant stops until an admin tops up.
Typed chat is enough for most shops. Dictation and voice are for customers who would rather speak. They spend more, so turn them on only if you want that.
