Information
The assistant answers from this page, not from a live visit to your shop. If the return window is wrong here, customers hear the wrong window. Open Information on the group and treat it as the facts you are willing to stand behind.
How the assistant should speak — tone, what to ask for — belongs in rules. A fact belongs here.
How to fill it
Setup drafts the first version from your website. Read it. Delete what is wrong, edit what is thin, and add what the site never said.
Each block has a type so you know where a fact goes:
- Business hours — when you are open, including breaks and holidays.
- Contact details — phone, email, and other ways to reach you.
- Location — where customers collect an order or visit.
- Offerings — what you sell or which services you provide.
- Process — how ordering, a complaint, or a return works.
- Policies — shipping, returns, warranties, and limits.
- Notes — seasonal exceptions and anything that does not fit the rest.
The next customer message uses what you saved. You do not restart the group.
How to catch a site change
The assistant does not re-read the shop on its own. When a policy changes, either edit the block or choose Refresh from website. Cusu shows the current text next to a proposal. Nothing is saved until you apply the rows you want.
