You should not share one login. Invite each person so you can see who replied, and so you can remove someone without changing the password for everyone else.

Open Users and invite them by email. They get a link to join this workspace. Resend the invite while it is still pending, or revoke it if you sent it to the wrong address.

Why the role matters

An admin can invite people, add credit, and change group settings. A member can work the inbox with the team and cannot charge the card or download invoices.

Make admins only the people who should spend money and change how the assistant behaves. Everyone who answers customers can be a member.

From the same screen you can email a password reset to someone who is already on the account. You never see their password.
