Avatar and flag

You switch groups all day. The icon is how you know you opened the right shop before you reply. In Basic settings, select the current icon and upload the logo: PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, or SVG, up to 8 MB. The name stays next to it. The icon is the glance.

Why the flag is there

The same logo on three countries is hard to tell apart. Flag in menu, in the language section of Basic settings, adds the flag of that group's language beside the logo. Czech, German, and Polish can share one mark and still be obvious in the list.

The flag is for you, in the menu. It follows the language stored on the group, not the language of the customer who is writing. If detection is on and you never set a language, the flag can be the wrong country. Set the language first.
